Jean-Louis Maache is available to meet you by appointment, at his office located a ¼ of an hour from Lyon (Rhône), in the Ain department of the Rhône-Alpes region.
Created in 1992, the JLM Négoce company is a member of the CNEP: Chambre Syndicale des Négociants et Experts en Philatélie and IFSDA: International Federation of Stamps Dealers Associations.

The « Chambre Syndicale des Négociants et Experts en Philatélie »combines dealers in French and international stamps, postal history, well known experts, manufacturers and retailers, editors of philatelic documents and catalogues.
Each dealer affiliated to the CNEP undertakes to respect the professional charter guaranteeing to their clients the authenticity and quality of philatelic items presented.

The International Federation of Stamps Dealers’ Associations combines national stamp dealer associations from across the world, including the CNEP for France. IFSDA participates in international organisations and notably the Union Postale Universelle (U.P.U.).
